Indie Filmmaking Workshop with Clayton Jacobson


Clayton Jacobson is an Australian Film Producer, Director, Writer, Editor and Actor. A devotee of the collaborative spirit, Clayton has directed Feature Film, Short Film, TV Series, Documentary, Web Series, Music Video and TVCs, many of which have won awards around the world. His debut film KENNY, was the Australian box office and critically acclaimed smash hit feature comedy of 2006.  
Clayton’s Indy Filmmaking Workshop is the perfect introduction to the art of low budget filmmaking.  Using his successful feature film Kenny as a template, Clayton will delve into writing techniques, pre-production, securing locations, working with actors and non-actors, production tools, shooting styles, lighting, post-production, finding your audience and marketing techniques.    
Clayton will show clips and examples of some of his preparation and production techniques, including tools used to promote his work to a wide audience.

The workshop will take place SATURDAY 14tth NOVEMBER, 12noon - 6pm.
